1) You can not set email timezone based on Organization.
2) You can not set email timezone from a remote sd client.
3) The only solution to meet your requirement is to: a. define each CI's timezone to let it equals the organization's timezone b. in db rule, add a condition like: "CI's timezone" equals xxx c. in db rule, display the time in the CI's timezone.
4) I have expected email should use sd app server os timezone, but you show me it's actually using a specific sd client timezone: a. you start this sd client from sd app server. b. you log on using system. c. if you change this sd client's timezone, you have to restart sd service using 'ovc -stop' and 'ovc -start' to make this change to take effect.
