Tickets read only after closed

Hi

I would like to make closed tickets read only. Can anyone supply me with a short and sweet way to accomplish this in SD 5.1.

Hello Daniel,

In order to do that, you can enable status entitlement.

Then you can set a range of statuses for each role when they can modify an Service Call.

Enabling status entitlement was fairly simplr, but how do I modify the status's they are allowed to modify in a Service Call?

Hi Dan,

Create a UI rule with the action= "Limit value range".

Then, based on certain conditions you can limit what status codes are available in the SC.
