I open a Log on client machine and don't use the machine the application for more than this time and when i use again the application don't desconnected me and I can work

Hi,

does the client have a refresh interval set?

Go to Tools options and Advanced (or one of the tabs anyway) and there is a refersh option that can be set on the client. If the refresh interval is less that the server timeout setting then the client will not disconnect.

Hi, I put the Interval set at 30 minutes and the Session time out in the server at 15 minutes.
It doesn't work.
What Happen?

Hi,

did you restart the server after setting the server time out session to 15 minutes?

Do that and for the moment do not set a refresh interval at the client.
