Hi, my question is referent to attachments in Service Desk 4.5 SP15.
I have configurated my ftp server correctly ( I think ) and the parameters in the system panel / attachments setting too, but every time are the same message “The attachment settings have not been entered “.

1) Also there may problem in conectivity between aplication server and ftp server. Can be checked by command line ftp ftp://ftp.yourserver.com on aplication server 2) There is checkbox in email setting/email command email template Insert attachment allowed.
