System admin role

I want to create some more nalysed data views, however I cannot. i have looked at access roles etc, and am unable to give the sys admin access to this. anyone know how to turn all features on so i can do this?

i can add roles for Super user but dont want to do this as I have a few Superusers who will not be doing this.

Hello Yvonne,

What do you mean by "unable to give the sys admin access to this"? Sysadmin has access to all items on service desk, that's way in it's role definition everything is greyd.
