Supprt Request Relations to Change using Custom field still will not workhelp?

I have been trying a few Parameters like the one below using the text field name and the key field name but it looks like I am not using the correct field to relate the Support Request from the Change Request custom field called "SR Number" I am not trying to create a Support Request it is already created I am just trying to relate the Change and the Support Request when the user keys in the Support Request number into a custom field called "SR Number" the command format I am try is below.
"Support Request" +"Relations.Support Request.ChangeNumber3=[Number]"+"Relations.Relation Type.Text=Change Request Caused by Support Request"

If anybody could help it would be greatly appreciated

Hello Rory,

Using sd_dataform you can either list existing relations or create new ones. You cannot use sd_dataform to create a new service event relation (a relation between existing items). For this thing you need sd_event.
