Support Web and Sd forms

I have installed the Web console on the testserver and I get the new forms, which I have created. But in the production I don't get the same forms. What could I have done different. SD 4.5, SP 11

Re: Support Web and Sd forms

Hello Lisbeth,

It might be cached.

To resolve this stop both services (OVapache and OVtomcat)
remove the webconsole cache manually, default under;
C:\Program Files\HP OpenView\SIP\tmp\ObjectServer\cache

Maybe just restarting might be enough.

Re: Support Web and Sd forms

Hi Mark
It is not a cache issue. I'm missing the bottom left part of the form under General. The rest looks ok. No what ?

Screendumps, one from test and one from produkction. In production the 2 fields, Update Information and Information are missing.

Re: Support Web and Sd forms

This issue is solved. In the production form there was a *group box' instead of a 'separator'. when this was changed the form worked correctly. I just don't understand how it changed, as I imported the form to production from test.
Thanks for all you help anyway
