Subcontractor calls

How can the Subcontractor call(s) for Service Desk version 4.5 be activated? I looked in the System Actions and cannot find it. Also, can you explain how and why would a customer us it?Thanks

Hello Jacqueline,

For creating subcontract calls you must use the specified action (under the Actions menu). You won't find at the System Actions on the Administrator Console and you cannot fire this action through a UI rule.

According to the help file

For two existing service calls there is NO way (unless modify sd_userDB directly) to relate one of them as subcontract of the other. The same also stands for the incidents.
