Subcontract call

Hi all,

I would like to make mandatory at least 1 subcontract call related, when a service call is put it on the status "Escalate to provider" . Any idea?

Hi Jorge,

I doubt whether we can make this required for a particular status but you can make subcontract call required by enabling the same in system-->prevention-->required fields-->subcontract relation.

Hi jorge,

You could use a UI rule which had status becoming "Escalate to provider" as its condition, with an action of system action -"Create subcontract call" and if you select the "show warning ..." box, the user will get a warning and a chnace to say no.
