Strange error.

Strange error.

ServiceDesk 4.5, SP16.
Suddenly when we try to save a ticket we're getting the following error (see attached screenshot).

"IO exception. Software caused connection abort: socket write error 17002 null" .

Any suggestion ?

If the error is restricted to only one client, the standard technique is to delete the cache files on that client, relog, and try again.

If you still have a problem, then make sure you have valid versions of software; else try a reinstall.

Yes..first you have to try remove the cache. You can also try sd_client/purgecache or /reset.
