Statuses not visible in web console!

Hi all!

I had a problem with web the console. In java client at viewing one view applications in 5 statuses are visible, and at viewing through the console of the same representation only in 3 statuses, and 2 statuses which are not visible, are in different conditions (active, closed).

Using the account in web console, view works correctly, and statuses are visible all.

Using HP OV SD 4.5 SP 18

Best regards
Alexey.

Re: Statuses not visible in web console!

SD suffers from a major problem of caching. You might want to restart the services to clear the cache.

Hi Vasily!

The cache on web has cleaned , and services has restarted. The problem has remained. Statuses in the console are not displayed, and in java client, all works correctly.

Any ideas?

Alexey.

Re: Statuses not visible in web console!

Hi Vasily!

No status named 'In stack',condition - active. This is not new status.
Earlier it was visible in web.
I have checked up, all roles at viewing representation do not see this of the status. Under Administrator account status is visible.

Re: Statuses not visible in web console!

Hello Alexey,

I am just trying to clear things

You have a view in the Java(SD native client) which shows all records with all statues. But, in web console you have the same view which does not show all records with statuses.

Also you have mentioned that using the account in web console, the view works correctly.

And you have checked all the Roles/Access settings -> Advanced -> Status access restrictions????

Can you verify if you are using the same view or if the view has some filters.

Also, can you check if you have blocked these statuses via system console.

Re: Statuses not visible in web console!

Hi all!
In "Status access restrictions" all right.

Filters in View are correct, and all works fine only in role of the System Administrator.

Hi!

Re: Statuses not visible in web console!

You said you clear the cache on web, are u referring to the browser cache or the cache folder on the application server, as they are 2 different things ?
