Status does not show on the Change View

Hi
I've added a new Status which is CI Update in the Change process.
I added it as ACCOUNTABLE.

What happens is that when I save a change with status CI update, it does not appear on the view! I see all statuses but not the CI update! It appears in the view as REVIEW.

Please check the attached screen shots.

Hi Yousef,

You can try these steps.

1. Purge Cache and exit. Relogin and check the status.

2. If it doesn't work, logout and empty cache folder manually, relogin and check status.

Hi Yousef;

Logout from SD console and try deleting the folder C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\HP OpenView\.

Note that "Application Data" folder is an hidden folder so you need to change your explore setting to view all files.
