Several Incidents related to a service call

Hi,

I have several incidents related to a service call. I need to implement that when all incidents are closed the service call is closed. This is possible??

Yes - but only with a custom field (Number) and some DB rules. Your CALL needs to count how many OPEN incidents are attached - RULE 1 increments a count each time a new INCIDENT is created - RULE 2 decrements the count each time an Incident is closed - RULE 3 reacts to the count getting down to zero.
If you want to protect against people UNRELATING then you'll need to use triggers in the database which HP don't really like.
