Setting ServiceCall Deadline

Does anyone know how to set a ServiceCall Deadline to End of Month based on a selected Config Item?

First, the Deadline field responds to time calculations (max. duration, service, service level), not specific intervals or days in the month.

Second, you would need to somehow tell Service Desk what 'end of month' is and how to use it in combination with other fields and values to calculate the proposed Deadline.
