Evening, We at MTN are in the process of FINALLY implementing our company SLA agreements into the service desk system. We have the SLA forms completed with the service (Outlook in this case) and service level (Silver 24x5). The service desk metrics is set to availability for both service calls and incidents with a minimum avaliability target of 90% and a minimum MTBF of 5 hours. The Pre-run is set for tonight and will last about five hours. Now, my problem is: how do I get it to run formally, how do I get the final reports and how do I change their graphical output. Actually its the running of the formal report run that I want to get going. Can someone guide me though this final process?
