Set up UI rule to notify Admin(s) by email based on logged on users?
Does anyone know how to create a UI or business rule that would notify HP Service Desk (vs 4.5) Admin(s) by email when either of the following occur based on the Security --> Audit --> Logged on Users??
1) Logged on user count > 'xx' [to forewarn Admin if the number of users logged on is approaching license MAX].
2) Where Logged on user account number of sessions > 1. [to nofity Admin(s) when a user has logged in with multiple sessions].

This is not possible to do using rules. You need to watch appropriate table in the ServiceDesk database which holds active session and upon that. In ServiceDesk itself you do not have these statistics available to DB/UI rules...
