ServiceDesk client startup error

When starting the service desk client while connected via ISDN line the following error occurs: "Error when writing to logfile, out of memory? Tracing null".
The logfile shows that the logon was successful and the ITP Protocol has started, but the client GUI does not come up.

Starting the client while connected to the LAN before worked.

Any ideas?

Re: ServiceDesk client startup error

Probably this posting was a bit quick. Just found out that other people connecting to the same server (connected to LAN) have the same issue, so it looks like there's something wrong on the server.

Never mind...

Michael,

adjusting the JVM memory might resolve the issue.
