ServiceDesk SP15 e-mail not sending

Hi All,

We use Lotus Notes 6.5 Server for outgoıng mails on service desk 4.5 sp15.The problem is that although I defined person e-mail addresses correctly, I see errors on log file says that trying to send e-mail to mail alias like "some-body" where I defined on SD "some-body@blabla.com".Normally,If there is a problem with sending e-mail I should see full e-mail not something else.

Has anyone any ideas about this situation ?

Hi,

I presume that this has worked before and is just started to happen?

If you can maybe just stop and restart the application server(s).
Is mail routing ok via Notes for mail users?

Hi Mark,

Yes this problem started a week ago.I will try to restart server and delete server cache.If this works, I will share here.
