Is there a way to set up A ticker to use with servicedesk. We would like to havea display that shows how many tickets certain people have ,number of tickets accepted and so on in a ticker style format. I thought i heard of this awhile ago but now cants find any infromation on it. thanks for any input
I've not heard of anything you describe. If you are using MS SQL, the best way to achieve this is to create a simple report using SQL Reporting Services and publish the data periodically on a web page.
