Service providers are not able to book a call for facility, whenever they are trying to log a call geting popup window caller description is required. But in the service call from there is different field caller and description, even though all fields are completed.Service providers having enough privillage for this, even when i tryed through admin login same popup window is coming.
About Caller: The "build in" caller is a person type field but you can define whether is required or not. Open the administration console and go to Security/Preventation/Required Fields. Double click "Service Call" to open it.
From the fields drop down list, select Caller and either check "Never Required" either select for what statuses "Caller" should be required.
