Service pages logon

Hi,

i created a user for the service pages account through administrator console but when i am trying to logon with that username on service pages then i am not able to do so. I get a message "failed to logon to server". Can anyone tell me whats the problem?

Re: Service pages logon

You must too have this ability, check the configuration for SSP in web.xml, is it set correct application server name/IP ? SSP can connect to Applic server by this port?

Hi,

Re: Service pages logon

From memory this is the error you get when the service Pack installed on your service pages is different to the one on the application server. Make sure you have applied the Service Pack to the Service Pages.
