Service pages for Technicians

I have created a SP account for our techs, however they can only see the calls logged for the day. for example yesterday they could see all calls and today nothing as there have not been any new ones.

I have set the filter to show all calls NOT closed.

Re: Service pages for Technicians

When you say you have created SP accounts for the techs is this in addition to the GUI account? If so which account is the person record linked to? Is the filter only SC with Status NE closed? Any other criterion?

Please re-check your views under Admin Console --> Service Pages --> Presentation --> SP View.

Re: Service pages for Technicians

I have only an SP account for these people. And the view shows

Workgroup all calls
Filter on Part of the assigned workgroup
Criteria None

Workgroup Open calls
Filter on Part of the assigned workgroup
Criteria Not equal to closed.

When I login as the tech there is no indication they are logged in apart from New call defaults their name

I am new at this so am not too sure how the views are working.

Re: Service pages for Technicians

Hello Yvone,

Have a look at

Administrator Console/Service Pages/View Settings. For both Support Engineer and SP End User check what view is for Restricted List And Full list.

Then go to Service Pages/Presentation/Service Call (or whatever entity you want to check) and have a look at the views. Chances are that there is a restriction there.
