Service desk View Configuration

Hello Friends,
How to configure Explorer View in Tools>System>Presentation>View>Incident
When i Click the Explorer view then its not show hilighted.
and i am attached the snapshot.
Pls solve the problem.

Hi,

That is not an error; because an explorer view has a combination of 2 different modules views, then you can not select the attributes form this screen, that is why it is grayed out.

So, you need to click on "Other Explorer View Settings" to be able to create the explorer view, do it and you'll understand it ;-)
