Service desk 4.5 SP 17 Information log - appending data
I've created a database rule (create or modify service call) to copy information field from Service call with account name and time / date stamp to Information log. A concatenate function is used to join all the necessary information. When value is coppied to information log field, information field is emptied.
However, when I enter new value into information field, and rule is executed, new value is NOT APPENDED to previous information log value, but OVERWRITES previous value.
What must be done in order to APPEND further data to information log field.
