Service call modification

Hello all,

I've created a database rule for service calls when created or modified to send an e-mail to the assigned person. I would like the system to resend another e-mail if the deadline has changed on a service call.

Any help?

Hi Mo,

In this case you have to schedule the DB:

example:
when a call is created whith the condition deadline is anything, schedule the validation 1 minute before the deadline.
action send e-mail massage

I tried to have a condition of Deadline is anything, but the problem will be that the system will send an e-mail everytime I open the service call and close it whether the deadline has been changed or not

This sounds like you forgot to set the "check that this field has changed" tickbox
//Add this to "OnDomLoad" event
