We have what seems a bug in the "Service today for Workgroup by item (Explorer view)" view.
When clicking any of the header fields to sort by this field, the possibility to "open" a servicecall, project, change, whatever is lost. When right-clicking the table entry "open" is no longer available.
Only logoff/logon restores this.
It is not user or machine related, as we have tested with several users and on several servers/workstations.
I can't remember any defects like this reported either and my system also works fine.
I can only think that the problem is local to your system.
May i suggest that you create another explorer view and use the same base table to see if teh problem remains. If it does then try creating another base table for the new explorer to see if that makes any difference.
Failing this I'd check to see if there are any Java related entries in teh system event log as something's going on for sure.
