Service Pages Session Time out

Hello

I would like to know if the Session Timeout of OVSD Service Pages is set at Session Time Out on the Server Settings Editor.
When Expiring the time set the license is autromated released or do I have to mark it for deletion?

Thanks in advance and best regrds for all

Re: Service Pages Session Time out

OVSD server settings editor time-out setting is only for Java clients (OVSD clients). However, it's only an application account which uses a license. Service pages account doesn't require a license.

Re: Service Pages Session Time out

Yes there´s no need of a license for Nrmal Service Page Users, but in case of System Engineer that can see Changes , Problems and Work Orders by the Service Desk, they use licenses and would like to know what happen for these sessions.

Thank you very much and best regards.
