Hi,

Can you post a screenshot showing how is the incident appearing in service pages?

Re: Service Pages Configuration

hi

if you know sd_api and jsp then you can modify SP.
make a backup of your SP folder
and then modify ListServiceCalls.jsp located in service pages\webapps\sd-sp45

general steps
- at the beginning of the code add
<%@ page import="com.hp.itsm.api.interfaces.IStatusServicecall" %>

- find the line containing
IServiceCallCategory category
and add a new line
IStatusServicecall status = sc.getStatus();

- find the line
<%= sc_hm.getLabelDeadline() %>
and add a new line
<%= sc_hm.getLabelStatus() %>

- find the line <%= deadline != null ? bean.sd_date2java_local_date(deadline) : "" %>
and add a new line
<%= SdClientBean.filter_html_string(status.getText()) %>

- save the file and restart web-server

Re: Service Pages Configuration

step2:

IServiceCallCategory category = null; // this line was before modifications
IStatusServicecall status = sc.getStatus(); //this line is added

Re: Service Pages Configuration

i meant that the code
IStatusServicecall status = sc.getStatus();

should be placed *after* the line that contains
IServiceCallCategory category

Re: Service Pages Configuration

1) change password
2) don`t use this account if it isn`t necessary.
Do it now, or you can forget about it and there will be one more hp ov sd web console, available from inet, and having default system password.
