Service Pages - Accessing Calls by caller organization

OVSD 4.5/SP19

I am trying to find a way to restrict access to calls by caller organization. I see that you can restrict access by the assigned organization, but I do not see a way to do it by the caller's organization. We support several organizations where there are multiple people who open calls and it would be nice if they could see all call from their organization. Any help would be appreaciated.

I would create a Folder for each Organization and use Folder entitlement.

That's one of the areas where we have not done anything. However, I am very grateful for the tip.

Yes, try folders. If you use Service Pages, you`ll need to fix ViewServiceCall.jsp (set condition by organization, not by person)
