We are in the process of upgrading our Service Desk environment from Service Pack 11 to Service Pack 23. Are there any patches, upgrades etc. that will be required on the Westbury side to allow us to continue our reporting?

Report Manager per se should keep working just fine. We've upgraded our HPSD over here from SP11 to SP21 without _having_ to upgrade Report Manager.
However . . . You won't be able to access any extra HPSD functionality such as extra fields from Business Objects without upgrading. The current release of WRM also requires Business Objects XIr2, not 6.5.x, so that will have to be kept in mind as well.
Yes, HPSD > SP 23 is possible to use with RM. However it strongly depends on the RM version if it's still supported. And of course you might not be able to use all SP 23 functionality for reporting. Please contact our support organization www.westscope.com
And keep in mind that Business Objects v6.x support will end Q1 2008. All functionality will be availalbe on BOXIr2 and only an technical upgrade is necessary.
RM is even already available for Service Center and will be provided for Service Manager.
