Service Desk5.1 scripts

Hi All,

Whenever we perform any operation at the client console, a script gets generated which queries the CMDB.
Is there any way to see which script is getting generated(the format of the script).

Thanks,
Amol

Re: Service Desk5.1 scripts

Not sure I understand? Normally the client would communicate with the App. Server and it would run queries on the database. What are you seeing which could be described as a "script" at the client end?

Re: Service Desk5.1 scripts

Hi,
By script i meant at the application server end.
Normally the client will communicate with the appl server, which will run queries on the database.I want these queries which are run on the database.

Re: Service Desk5.1 scripts

You'll only see these if you can persuade the database engine to log what queries are passing through - and then you should get the whole system to yourself so that you know when a command goes into the client it is the ONLY hit on the database (and beware any DB rules which may fire directly after your client command)!
