Service Desk v4.5

We are using Service Desk v4.5 and I was wondering if there is any way of setting a reminder/notification to review an incident? For example, if I create an incident today, I would like to reminded to check its status in 2 weeks time. Is this possible? Thanks,

Use a DB Rule with Scheduled Task.
You can use a several conditions to make sure the action is executed only if necessary, e.g. if Registration;Modified is not within the past 7 days.

Check the "Adding conditions to a rule" topic in the online help.

Thanks, The Pike. Do I have to have administrator rights to be able to do this? I can't find the options to do it (I currentl don't have admin rights)
