Service Desk - square brackets in email subject

Does anyone know how to prepare such subject in SD DB rule action - send mail:
=anyText[anyText][SerialNumber]

in the first square brackets is my text, that I want to send,
in the second square brackets is the parameter of field value that I want to set up from Configuration Item element.

Maybe same special signs from my brackets - somethink like '\[', I don't know.

Is it possible to do that?

Using square brackets will conflict with field name insertions. Why do't you just use normal brckets ie ( and ) ?

Yes, you are true, it couse problem. But maybe exists same special chars after that I can use square brackets as text, not as paraeter.
We have email system that recives emails in subject convencio like:
=TEXT(System_name)[command_name]any_test

And I want to integrate SD email with this system.

Hi Pablo,
Could you assign a text custom field the value of your [anyText] using concatinate as another action before youre email action.

Then load the custom field as the [anytext].

Yes, that could resolve the problem, but you have to had a field in form with this special text - like [specialText]. It's not effective to set that field in all Configuration Items.
I know that in import/mapping instead null value it's necessary to write __EMPTY__ value. So maybe in this case is something like this __EMPTY__?

HI Pablo,
Don't need to put the field on a form. Just allocate a custom field and use it in an action before the Email action on the business rule.

That's work fine (only that I need to use custom field, but it works:) ).
