Service Desk Subforms SP28 must use "Is Anything" in condition

I just upgraded to SP28 from SP25 and now none of my Subforms work. I recieve this error now. You are not allowed to add "Insert subform" action unless the operators of all conditions are "is anything" This is going to create a lot of headache for people. For all the fields you have in your condition you must have it set to "is Anything" I have my subforms coming on based on a specific folder and a field so this is not going to work. Has anybody developed a workaroud for this or have any ideas?

I figured it out!

The filtering is no longer done in the UI rule, its the Generic Relation itself that determines when to insert the subform.

I just changed my UI rule to check for "Status is Anything" and it insert the subforms only where the Generic Relation exist :)

I think this came with SP27. No problem using the method Jan Gunnar suggests.
