Service Desk Licensing

I was using a pilot kit for 60 days and it locked up. When I start the console it gives me an eror saying that I'm not allowed to view persons and workspaces. Thought it would be a permission issue but I believe it's the license expiration. now when i try to access "Service Desk Licensing" to paste the new code for the license, it doesn't open. Is there anywhere else i could paste the new code to get it to work?

1- Make sure "system" account is stored in the client settings and test the connection to be successful.

2- open Service Desk Licensing, upload new text files and run ovc -restart.
