Service Desk Enhanced Auditing

I would like to audit changes to templates, forms, views, and rules. How can I activate this type of auditing? It appears all greyed out.

Hi Todd,

You have to aplly right click with mouse and select Resume in displayed popup menu.

Yeah, you need to first enable and then only you can select the required things to audit. As said above, right click and you will see the options. But I would suggest, not to enable audit for everything. Please remember that these enhanced audit logs will be stored in the database.

I can not right click in the view. Does not work.

Hi Todd,

You need first set the role Auditor to your user. Go to Admin Console -> Security -> Access -> Role -> Auditor -> Accounts -> set your user...
