Service Desk Agent to be notified when the Change ticket close.

Can I modified the notification so that Service Desk Agent to be notified when the Change ticket close.

and also to include the related records in the close notification for change ticket.

If this is a question for Service Desk 4.5 or Service Desk 5.1 you should be able to create a DB rule when a Change Record is Closed.

 

During the creation of the DB rule you, should be able to add all the necessary fields from the Change record in the body of the notification,
