Service Desk 5 Security Issue

Hi Does any one got this problem:

I created a role CMDB Manager (for example)and allowed only to create and maintain and remove CIs. When the person logs in with CMDB Manager role, the person can't create a new "Brand" with this role. The Brand is grayed out.
Any Ideas.
System Administrator can do it.

Hi Ragu,

There is some kind of bug in SD5 concerning the roles as i have been told is that they will fix with the SP1 that i dont know when they will release it. By you can try to purge the memory after creating a role but It wont alwais work.

Also make sure you've given more than just read perms to the brand field for that role.

Thanks I tried all, and I had the same problem for one service desk role, I cleared the cache, restarted the OVC then worked but, this CMDB role doesn't work.
I heard the same, SP1 will have fix for it.
But any one knows when SP1 is coming out.
