Service Desk 5.1 errors during install

I get the following 4 error pop ups at the end of a the Service Desk 5.1 install.

1. Finalize action for HP Openview Service Desk Management Server 5.10.028 (Starting the management server.) was not successful. (ctrl-6)error in one of the target prerequisites.

2. Finalize action HPOvSdSnp 5.10.042 (Run Integrity checker) was not successful. Java "1.4.2_08" Fatal error starting the server.

3. Finalize action HPOvSdSnp 5.10.042 (Install Instant-On License) was not successful. Java "1.4.2_08" Fatal error starting the server.

4. Finalize action HPOvSdSnp 5.10.042 (Install Database Content) was not successful. Java "1.4.2_08" Fatal error starting the server.

Server spec is an HP Proliant DL380 G2, 1.25Gb RAM, 18Gb HD.
Windows Server 2003 SP1
SQL 2000 Desktop Engine

Hi, Karl!
Your problem is caused by SQL 2000 server. If you upgrade DB with install Service Desk server, you have do next:
1. Create new DB
2. Restore DB backup to new DB
3. Create new Login (the same as inside backup)on SQL Server.
4. For new login define default DB = restored DB
5. Stop and Start SQL server
6. Use script:
use db_name;
exec sp_change_users_login 'auto_fix', 'user_name'

(user_name - is name of user DB wich restored in new DB)

I have gone through most of the points above, I created the database and the user account before the install and they still seem to have the correct details.
I have stopped and started the SQL service.
But where do I find the scripts that you mentioned?
