Service Desk 4.5-Start with not- expanded Tree while searching
when ever i click to find any option in the service calls or any other moduel the window open with already expanded tree, which takes time to find the needed option, i need to start with not expanded tree!

This option is controlled in the view you are using. To change this, you will need to customize the view, go the the 'Group By...' area and at the bottom is a drop down menu named Expand/Collapse Defaults. Here you can choose All Expanded or All Collapsed. Set it to All Collapsed and the tree will start out collapsed.
This can be done for individual views on a per client basis by going to Views/Current View/Customize Current View and then using the Group By... section. Or you can set it for global views in the admin console at Presention/Views going to the section you want such as Service Calls and then opening the view then go to the Group By... area as described above.
