Service Desk 4.5, Service Pages problem with attachments

Hello

When I tried insert a new SP with attachment via Service Pages I got from system this error: „You are not allowed to view this service call or this may have been deleted by another user“.  But, when a tried paste attachment in second step (after submit),  error message doesn’t appear. Submit new SP via Service Pages is without any problems.

What happens if you save a record with NO attachments?

 

This could be happening because some DB rule acting during the save process before the attachment is "related" to the ticket.
