Service Desk 4.5 SP20 : Setting text with bold and colors

Hello,

Can anyone advice on the possibility of setting up the text in a text field ( 255 text) with a different color for e.g. red. We have defined a UI rule which populates a text field with certain message. We require to change the color of this text to a different color such as red. Please comment.

Hello Kashif,

You cannot do that. Text fields are plain text and can have no attributes (like font/style).

However if the certain message is the same, you can format the view and service calls that have this message to be appeared red in the view.
