Service Desk 4.5 SP 11 Custom View

When defining a new View in service desk client does the T-sql get stored in a table in the database?

SQL 2000 SP4.

Thanks in advance

Bryan

Re: Service Desk 4.5 SP 11 Custom View

Hi Bryan,

The info for views (created by ordinary client) in SD 4.5 are stored in a file called views.dat. This information is not stored anywhere in the DB. If you create a custom view using teh administrator console, then it gets stored in the DB in a table.

Hope this helps...

Regards,

Saurabh
