Service Desk 4.5 Login issues

I am installing Service Desk 4.5 for the first time.
I am getting no errors while installing.
But whenever i try to login from client ,it's not allowing me to get into the machine.

"Access denied incorrect Account or password "
Can any one tell me ,any application/system user has to be used for login.

i have installed application on domain machine ,whether we need to create this user on system itself.I wont to know whether this pwd is affected by pwd policy available on domain.
I can see the "system"login name in the database.

Whether I can change this pwd . or Simply log into application

Hi,

thats the default id and password that gets you into the syste, Omce in create a new admin account for yoursself as well.

Have you been able to log in?

Submit Points

How Do I Assign Points?
Only the question author can assign points to a given response. If you submit a question or new topic and another member replies to it, you will see a dropdown menu of points next to the reply (you must be logged in to see the menu). Select the point value and then click the "submit points" button. Note that you can rate multiple replies and submit them at one time.
