We've got a client with HPSD 4.5 SP 17. Sometimes (but not always), when a call comes in and runs the sd_dataform.bat file, the Service Desk Client GUI comes up, but it is not visible. One then has to find it on the list and click it.
Is there a workaround (or better yet a setting) that would force this new window to the top of the desktop?
Is there a way to do it using the API? We've looked a the API documentation and played with the examples, but they do not behave correctly either (window closes right after populating with data).
