Service Configuration --> SupportedTypes must not be empty

While running the Service Configurator in a windows node on a SNVP client a customer has the following error:

SupportedTypes must not be empty

Configuration
Mgmt server OS: HPUX 11.11/ NNM 7.50/ OVO 8.22

SNVP Packages:
HPOvSvpCo 9.00 SNVP Common Package
HPOvSvpSa 9.00 SNVP Service Nav. Adapter pack Package

It is any missconfiguration on this?
How can obtain the log where the error is?
Any sugested change?

Re: Service Configuration --> SupportedTypes must not be empty

Well, since SNVP is supported by OpenView team ... I think I am in the right forum? In which other furum I could address this issue then?

Can I ask where you got the SNVP 9 bits?

Re: Service Configuration --> SupportedTypes must not be empty

Actually I am doing support in OpenView and SNVP among other things to do. The bits were buyed by the customer. Not quite sure now. Since this version is new my assumption is that this could be either a missconfiguration or a bug. Some little changes has been done in the installation and there are other steps to follow up in order to get this product upgraded.
