Service Calls - Work Orders Missing at Relations Moment
I have a situation for you:
I have a user that he relates a Work Order on the Service Call process and press the bottom "Save & Close". When he returns to Service Call, the Work Order wasnt save. How can I resolve this problem because this event is intermittent? Can I considerate a bug?
My Service Desk version is 4,5 with no pacthes installed.

This may also happen if you try to relate a saved work order that for some reason has mandatory fields set as required but they are missing the values. However it is apparent that something is wrong as a message appears and full details of the workorders are not populated.
Not sure of this relates to your issue but it is another reason for something similar to happen.
