I am creating service calls using the web-api. When creating these service calls I use a template which has history lines. It works for most users fine. However, sometimes a user will get the attached error message when accessing the history tab on a generated service call. Also, if I log in as the same user on a different client it works making me wonder if it is a client issue. I have tried clearing the cache already. Any ideas?
Brian, when I read the last sentence in your post I think I see your solution. When you say you "have tried clearing the cache" is that from the Client menu "Options" or you delete the Cache physically be deleting the files in the location:
\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Hewlett-Packard\OpenView\Service Desk
Try deleting the files in the above location except the views.dat file
