Service Call Custom Field - Entity Reference - Set in rule

Hi,

I'm trying to set an Entity Reference Custom Field in a rule and it doesn't seem to work. I am trying to create a field that is the "responsible" workgroup. Initially this is set to the loggers workgroup but it can be changed.

Here is what I have done:
- created a new Service Call custom field of type entity reference
- entity to is set to Workgroup, display format is text, it is activated and applied to all categories
- then I create a Service Call database rule that runs when a call is created, no criteria, with an action to set my new custom variable to [Entered by person Entered by person Primary Workgroup]

The rule doesn't work and my new custom variable is not set.

Does anyone know what I need to do to get this to work?

I have figured it out.

The problem was that I had selected [Entered by person Entered by person Primary Workgroup], this is the person who entered the workgroup that is set to the primary workgroup for the person who entered the service call. One too many Entered by persons.

I have changed it to [Entered by person Primary Workgroup] and it is working fine.
