Hi, i have a problem: in the CI ticket , i can see what service are used by this CI with the label "used by service" in the Ci i have a filed that called status. i want to make a rule that check in have service in this CI , change the satus to production , if don't have service , change the status to free. the problem is when i create a rule in CI , i didn't see used by service , i only see manage and support by service, and no one are the really used by. how i can make this rule?
That is because there can be only one service that manages, one that supports, but many that is uses this CI. DB Rules can't use fields in triggers which refer to more than one item. (how would you decide which of them is used?)
